Banana-Nutella® Tortilla Pizza

"This 'pizza' is a healthy but tasty snack! It's great for someone with a sweet-tooth but it's better for you. I decided to make my own twist on dessert pizzas with ingredients that I had in my kitchen."

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or to taste
  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1 banana, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Instructions :

Prep : 5M Cook : 4M Ready in : 15M
  • Spread chocolate-hazelnut spread onto 1 side of the tortilla and top with banana slices.
  • Place tortilla in a large skillet and cook over high heat until tortilla is crispy and sturdy, about 5 minutes. Transfer "pizza" to a plate and cool, 3 to 4 minutes. Cut into 4 slices.

Notes :

  • Even though the Nutella® is being heated, it will not melt and make a liquid-y mess. Keep an eye on the tortilla to make sure it does not burn.
