"A quick and easy fish dish!!"

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup soy-based steak marinade
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions :

Prep : 5M Cook : 4M Ready in : 35M
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place fish in a 13x9 inch baking dish or pan.
  • Pour butter, marinade, salt and pepper onto and around the fish. Squeeze the lemons onto the fish. Lay tomato slices over the top of the fish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
