Beet and Berry Smoothie

"Juicing and making fruit and veggie smoothies is a wonderful way for your body to get those nutrients it needs during the day. This smoothie has some great flavors in it and is healthy for you!"

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 beet, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened red raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 4 slices cucumber

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 1M Ready in : 10M
  • Blend spinach, beet, yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, ice cubes, and cucumber together in a blender until smooth.

Notes :

  • If you have a blender that doesn't blend well, this recipe may not be for you. I have a Ninja Ultima™ and it works perfect for this recipe.
  • Kale can be substituted for spinach.
