  • 1/3 cangkir gula putih
  • 2 sendok teh garam
  • 1/2 gelas air dingin
  • 2 (0,25 ons) paket ragi kering aktif
  • 5 1/2 cangkir tepung serbaguna
  • 2 telur

Instructions :

Prep : Cook : 36M Ready in :
  • Lelehkan margarin dalam air panas. Tambahkan gula dan garam, lalu aduk. Tambahkan air dingin dan ragi. Aduk untuk melarutkan ragi.
  • Tambahkan 3 cangkir tepung dan aduk. Tambahkan telur dan 2 1/2 - 3 cangkir tepung lagi. Campur, tutupi dan biarkan mengembang hingga adonan menjadi dua kali lipat.
  • Tekan dan biarkan naik 30 menit lagi atau hingga dua kali lipat.
  • Buat bola ukuran adonan kenari. Tempatkan sekitar 2 inci terpisah dalam panci 9 x 13 inci buttered baik. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 350 derajat F (175 derajat C) selama 30-45 menit. Olesi bagian atas roti gulung dengan margarin selagi panas.
