RITZ White Pizza Meatball Dip, created by Lombardi's Pizza

"This creamy, cheesy white pizza meatball dip is Inspired by New York City's famous Lombardi's Pizza. Easy to make, try it with pre-made meatballs or make your own and serve hot with RITZ crackers. This dip will become a staple at all of your get-togethers. Watch the video, then get John Brescio's recipe for RITZ White Pizza Meatball Dip."

Ingredients :

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella, divided
  • 8 ounces homemade or prepared pre-cooked meatballs, diced
  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 3 pitted black olives, diced
  • 3 pitted green olives, diced
  • RITZ Crackers for dipping

Instructions :

Prep : 15M Cook : 28M Ready in : 45M
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, and oregano.
  • Reserve 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese. Stir in remaining mozzarella cheese, meatballs, tomatoes and olives until combined.
  • Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with reserved mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Serve with RITZ Crackers for dipping.

Notes :

  • This dip can be made a day or two in advance, stored in the refrigerator. Bake as directed.
  • To serve warm, reheat in the microwave.
  • If short on time, use thawed frozen cooked meatballs.
